Open Eye Policy

America has had the Open Door Policy, the Open Border Policy. It's about time its citizens adopt an Open Eye Policy. Of course, an eye can only illuminate the brain behind it to the extent that it wants to be. Yes, I could have named it 'Hot Lips' and as much as I enjoyed MASH in the day, I thought better of that idea. Hmmm? Thinking better. Now that's a novel idea. This is a 6 by 4.25 inches gel pen drawing with color gel and pencil added. It's an open eyed example of Original Jones Art as simplistically as he can make it in northwest Austin, Texas.
