All Balled Up

Sometimes you can get so balled up you don't recognize yourself anymore. I think it's happening more all the time or folks wouldn't do some of the vile things they do. This guy looks like he's come to grips with the situation and decided to incorporate the condition into his sense of self. Maybe that will work for him.
