When I was a kid I remember a female playmate who had a collection of paper dolls. It was a small two-dimensional representation of a doll made of some rather thin stiff material similar to cardboard. She would then cut out dresses that came with the doll and attach these paper dresses to the 'doll.' I guess kids were easier to please back in the day. The reason I bring it up now is because this image is a cut-out I saved from a rather marked up and otherwise unusable sheet of drawing paper. I then proceeded to add color to this which in turn reminded me of those paper dolls. Yes, memory is an interesting tool. Or am I referring to myself as a 'tool?' This is an 8 by 3.75 inches piece which Original Jones Art signed digitally outside the image area because it was the only viable option available here in northwest Austin, Texas.
