Placid As Summer Rain

I started two 3D projects today but decided I'd do a small color piece at the last minute. I do that sometimes. And sometimes I'm the least bit surprised at how nicely it turns out. This is one of those times. This is a 5.5 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art is holding on to normalcy with both hands here in northwest Austin, Texas. Too bad he still feels it slipping away.
