Too Prim To Be Proper

Is there anything worse than a hypocritical goody-two-shoes? I mean the type who is holier than not only thou but pretty much anyone else. Well, at least on the surface. And since the surface is where most of us live such fakers not only get away with it but prosper. I could tell you stories and I'm sure you could tell me a few.
