Yes, the Time Cat is pretty special. He can jump around in time. The clock in his chest allows him to move forward or backward in time but only in increments of one hour. So he won't be jumping back to the Jurassic period, for instance. Or in time to see humans regrow their tails and return to the trees. Just an hour either way.
