Upstanding Citizen Standing Up

I guess it all depends on what he's standing up for. This is another security design found on the inside of an envelope. It's a little different from the others I've found and I added more color than usual too. This is a 7.5 by 3.25 inches gel pen, color pencil and a little white paint marker drawing.
