Personality Deficit Disorder

Deficit: the amount by which something, especially a sum of money, is too small. So MY definition would lean toward an individual with a rather large vacancy in the personality department. The shrink's definition, generally speaking, refers to someone who doesn't relate or play well with most folks. But I think if you blend those two definitions together, it might still work somewhat with this colorful individual.
