I'm afraid I waste a lot of wordage here. It has taken me much too long to recognize the difference between a sponge and a rock---even a porous one. But I will say that happiness is a difficult thing to quantify, much less define. Personal experience tells me that involvement, usually social or artistic and sometimes a mingling of the two, opens the rather narrow door to contentment. I shall now hold my tongue firmly. This is a 5.5 by 4 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. It's what Original Jones Art does to keep the door ajar in northwest Austin, Texas.
