Self-Portrait With Flying Mysteries

Another of my 70's drawings. This one is dated March 1975. I was still attending the University of TX at Austin and had been working on several illustrations for a publication put out by the Humanities Dept. I had some poems published as well. This one was not used. I don't think I actually submitted it but it was drawn around the same time. Image area measuring 8.5 by 5.5 inches on sketch paper that has warmed a bit over the decades. I probably used a ballpoint pen. There are two dried droplets on the facial area but otherwise it is in good shape. Original Jones Art wishes he could say the same here in northwest Austin, Texas.
