My Checkered Past

Now that I have more time, I think back over my life and wonder if I'd turned left a few times at pivotal moments, maybe things would have turned out differently. Of course, I also wondered if I'd gone shopping in the opposite direction just before my accident, whether my life would be somewhat better as I enter another year.
