I know I should have given him a beard and a tat or two, but I just couldn't make myself do it. It seems the generations after mine, the baby boomers, have gone from the me generation to the ME ME ME generations. They are not happy. They are miserable. They are quite possibly NOT hip but they could very well be hopheads. And I'm not talking beer. There as several causes. The two most obvious to me are smartphones and social media. And I still can't understand why they named it that when there's very little real socializing to it. It's more like self-isolation in a group environment.
