Living In La La Land

It describes an unrealistic mental state where you ignore hard facts. It started in LA and spread worldwide---sort of like Covid, you might say. This is a 6 by roughly 4 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. My thoughts on size? I've seen half a thought spread over the side of a building and very intriguing work approximately the size of a postcard.
