I Plum Forgot

Weather here in Austin has been 'interesting' with lots of rain, wind and storms this month. We are currently around 7 inches above average for this time of the year. I'm not saying this to complain as this has kept the usual heat and sun at bay, but it has hampered my working on sculpture and photographing outside as I usually do. Also this is my birthday month and I haven't found myself in the mood to paint much. BUT I have finished a sculpture or two and a painting, this painting to be exact. It is a 12 by 16 inch acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas, drawing-based, and as I'm am want to say, another inimitable slice of Original Jones Art as it belches forth here in Austin, Texas.
