Between Sleep And Wakefulness

I was putting out the recycling yesterday and noticed a page with something that held some potential. It was on heavy bond paper and so was easily cut out. I cut off what I thought were the bad bits and this is the result. I shaded a few areas, added my signature and here it is. A lot can happen 'between sleep and wakefulness.' This cutout is 8.5 by 3.75 inches. Is Original Jones Art a cutout or a cut up? Only the folks in northwest Austin, Texas can tell---but they won't.
