If more people were happy being themselves they would, in turn, be happier to accept other folks who are just being themselves as well. This penchant for changing folks for the 'better' has caused more harm than good, I'm thinking. Not to say that all people are what they SHOULD be; I'm just saying too many of us are just a wee bit picky.
