Yellow Dog

Yeah, probably not your average dog regardless the color but I was somehow reminded of an old Zachary Scott movie called, 'The Southerner.' In it, there was this character, Granny, who used an expression like 'You're as low as an old yellow dog.' Though I am probably misremembering, which happens more and more these days, it seemed to fit. Yeah, I'm sticking to that---for the time being. This is a 5.5 by 7 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. I also used a bit of acrylic. So who or what is lower than an old yellow dog? Please don't ask Original Jones Art as his mind meanders here in northwest Austin, Texas.
