They used to call it melancholy back when we had a vocabulary. Now they call it the blues. Well, some folks may still call it melancholia but I'[m not acquainted with them on a personal level. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. I worked on a larger piece today but thought I'd upload one that had been sitting next to the scanner for a while. Original Jones Art still cooking up something new in northwest Austin, Texas.
